Meet your bootcamp instructor
I’m Chris Boydstun, a full-stack web developer, educator, and entrepreneur with years of experience in developer education, open-source technology, and building real-world applications. I’ve taught as a Masterclass instructor at Caltech, led Developer Relations at Agoric, built production applications as a full-stack developer at WeLibrary, and served as a full-stack web development instructor with W3Schools. My teaching philosophy centers on hands-on, project-based learning—because the best way to learn coding is by building. I specialize in full-stack development using the MERN stack and modern web technologies, while also helping developers understand how those skills translate into real-world products and businesses through my experience running SaaS and service companies.
