var answer = "The server" is not excepted

I think there might be a bug here:

var answer = “The server”;

“Oops! That’s not the best answer. Feel free to peek back at the previous exercise if you need help!”

?

great idea for a course btw, great job!

But it says that C is assigned the value of the server so if you type in ‘C’ the answer will work

I had this problem on part 15 of the ‘How to Use APIs with JavaScript’ Lesson. The Question asks // 1. HTTP is a protocol that connects clients and ______. They have put 6 dashes suggesting the answer would be 6 letters = ‘Server’; but only ‘Servers’; worked for me.

It’s a bit silly that you have to guess the format of the answer, but if you get it wrong, you should see the following, which does tell you the expected format:

Oops, try again. Did you give your answer as a string, like so: answer = “d”? (Hint: the answer is not “d”.)

But the answer is string:
var answer = “The server”;

did you try simply “server” rather than “the server” ? It will want a very specific answer i’m afraid.
