2.3 CSS appears to be working but will not pass

Will not pass and I have the following.

span {
background-color: yellow;
}

span text is highlighted yellow so.....

Try copying this code. It worked for me

h3 {
color:red;
}

p {
    font-family:Courier
}

span {
background-color: yellow;
}

Thanks for this. The exercise seems to have bug. I was so gutted that i know my code is correct but it won't accept mine. Geez...

A bug? I've run into these before, and here I am again. My code appears as above and as everyone else's, but I keep getting told I haven't change h3 to red.

It was my work firewall that is making things buggy and or lag so I so not get the check mark. Soon as I got home worked.
