Problem with Border Radius

I have tried it in google chrome and internet explorer and I cannot get it to work in either. I have checked and reset my zoom settings and it is not working. I also tried it on different computers in case that was the issue too.

This is the code I put in CSS:

div{
border-radius: 5px;
}

Am I doing this right? - Do I need to fix something?

Also do I need to put something in the HTML page - since there is nothing for div in there?
I did put in there just in case but it still didn't work and I wasn't sure if I had to write anything specific between the tags.

Can someone please help me and tell me how to get it to work?

Try this:
div {
height: 50px;
width: 120px;
border: solid 2px #6495ED;
background-color: #BCD2EE;
border-radius:5px;
}
Hope it helps.

yes worked after linking it....if they would mention we have to ad the link it would save some time.
Im quite sure it was an accident.
But not to be ungrateful, thanks codeac, hope you can solve all the bugs we see everyday :(

I have just had the same problem Prateek. I could not figure out my mistake, but then after your comment I saw that the css stylesheet was not linked. Is it meant to be like this?
