I can't get any comparison to work in this exercise?

I’m not the best in PHP but just by looking your comment I can tell that their is a problem in the website verification code… that is so weird…

For me, this comparison is not a statemrnt and thus the whole thing makes no sense. The comparison, if true, returns 1. But what shuld PHP do with this one?

PHP should be what it is suppose to do but the website is bug for some PHP exercices, and the exercice ask you to do a comparason…(Ex: 2>7, 4<=5, etc.)

Agree the Thomas Johanns, it makes no sense to put it that way. Shouldn’t it tell the student to omit the semicolon, or assigning it to a variable?

Yes, they should but they don’t… for some reason. But if you don’t put a semi-colon in a real program in PHP, it would not work.
