Oops, try again! Make sure you have two links: one that's an image, and one that's just text.

Hi can somebody please supply correct code as a reference for this lesson.

Here is my code which errors:
(I have tried various images and various sentence structures and I simply find this excercise totally confusing). In the previous excercise the elements worked ok.

<a href="http://photobucket.com">

</body>

This is sucking my will to live.

Cheers

Ok here is how
The INSTRUCTIONS says

  1. Between the tags, add two images using the tag. One should be a link; the other should not. The link can go anywhere you want.
  2. After your two images, create a link that's just a line of text. It can link anywhere you want. check the hint as a guide for question 1 and below is the ideal answer a. image for link b. should not be an image

for question 2 which is to create a link that is just a line of text

in sum your presentation should be as below
<!DOCTYPE html>

<img src="http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t480/ericqweinstein/f3a16fb6.jpg"/>
<a href="http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t480/ericqweinstein/f3a16fb6.jpg"></a><img src="http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t480/ericqweinstein/f3a16fb6.jpg"/>
<a href="http://www.google.com"> <img src="http://i1061.photobucket.com/albums/t480/ericqweinstein/ninja_zpsa5dbe37a.jpg"/></a>
</body>

If u get it just give me a thumbs up, if you are still confused ask for further breakdown

I made the same mistake repeatedly, until I read the instructions more carefully, and realized that I had omitted step 2:

1) create an image
create an image that's also a hyperlink

2) create a text hyperlink

So, you end up with 2 images (one clickable), plus a text hyperlink. Anyone who has code that resembles that of the OP need only add a text hyperlink to make it work.

I'm just guessing. On the first <a href ... the ending f3a16fb6.jpg is a hexidesimal address?
The second <a href... the ending ninga_zpsa5dbe37a.jpg is a pointer to an address?
on the second one "typing" in your address means using a non hex pointer?
