I'm working on fixing a header and can't fix the code!

I am using the Arthemia theme for a .com website on Wordpress and needed to change the header image. Unfortunately, I didn't discover the setting within the theme itself until after the coding got messed up. This is the area I was working on:

< a href=”php echo get_option(’home’)” > < img src=”wp-content/uploads/2014/03/cropped-Bona-Venture-Logo-jpg1.png” />

(I didn't leave spaces, that's just so I could show the code)

The only thing in that part of the site is a blue box with a question mark in it. I can't seem to find a way to reset it to the default and I don't know how to fix it. Please help.

can't you use the full link?
i mean, <img src="http://yoursitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/cropped-Bona-Venture-Logo-jpg1.png" />

Or you can use the build in function?
It is hard to help with this one, since the file is on that server and i cannot reach it.
