I DON'T QUESTION; JUST TELL FORMAT QUESTION & HOW

Most of the questions are not formatted making it difficult for others in forum to understand what went wrong for posting correct answers.

Formatting is very simple. I have formatted my Answer as Question below.
First: I copy pasted in question box what required to posted from (portions of) code, console output, error message etc from text editor and console output window.

Second: I also typed my own brief in question box.
Third: In the question box, I selected code portion with shift + arrow keys and highlighted and clicked {}
Fourth: I selected and highlighted special characters like <> _ {} / with contents where required and clicked {} above
Fifth: I selected portions required and clicked other formatting tools like Bold, Italics, Quotes etc what required.

RESULT: The code appears in separate box in preview and post with indent and format
The special characters with contents within, as selected, appear red in preview & in post without omission.

My code:

<!DOCTYPE html>
    <strong> All changes made. over! </strong>

console output:

All changes made. over!

It must be that this means something else in another coding language and that this separated it in another box.
