Stuck in loading...

I have pressed the “Save and Submit” button but my page is stuck in loading for almost an hour and although I have reloaded the page a few times, the panel is still stuck in loading…Please advice what can I do in this situation! Many Thanks!

The second one but the problem has been resolved after I log out and log in again.
