[6/7] Add position: absolute;

I have put everything in
#earth-orbit {
-webkit-animation: spin-right 10s linear infintite
-moz-animation: spin-right 10s linear infintite
-ms-animation: spin-right 10s linear infintite
-o-animation: spin-right 10s linear infintite
animation: spin-right 10s linear infintite

**position: absolute;**
top: 50%;
left: 50%;

width: 500px;
height: 500px;
margin-top: -250px;
margin-left: -250px;

border-width: 2px;
border-style: dotted;
border-color: white;
border-radius: 50%;

}

@-webkit-keyframes spin-right {
100% {
    -webkit-transform: rotate(360deg);
    -moz-transform: rotate(360deg);
    -ms-transform: rotate(360deg);
    -o-transform: rotate (360deg);
    transform: rotate(360deg);
}

}

@keyframes sprin-right {
100% {
-webkit-transform: rotate(360deg);
-moz-transform: rotate(360deg);
-ms-transform: rotate(360deg);
-o-transform: rotate(360deg);
transform: rotate(360deg);
}
}

It's there, was tehre another they didn' mention?

it looks to me like you are missing your semi-colons at the end of the animation code before the position. if you miss the semi-colon you will not get the proper styles.
