a misleading error, i admit. If you remember from html basic (if you don’t recall, go back) your page is divide in two sections, a html and a body:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head></head>
<body></body>
</html>

inside your head section should be your title, and inside your body section your header (h1)
