About this course
Security and compliance are shared responsibilities between AWS and the customer. This shared relationship can help relieve the customer's overhead as AWS operates, manages, and controls the infrastructure components from the host operating system and virtualization layer down to the physical security of the facilities in which the service resides and functions. In this course, you will explore the AWS shared responsibility model and find out what responsibilities AWS and its customers share. You will also learn what responsibilities are separated, such as configuration, data management, and defending the infrastructure that runs AWS Cloud services. Then you will examine key concepts of governance and compliance. Finally, you will take a look at AWS Compliance services, AWS Artifact, and AWS License Manager. This course is one of a collection that prepares learners for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) exam.

What Does an AWS Developer Do?
Amazon has come a long way from just selling books — and not just because it’s become a one-stop shop for everything from toilet paper to grocery deliveries. Thanks to businesses shifting operations and infrastructure to the cloud, systems and applications that used to run right down the hall in a server room are now hosted in a remote data center. One of these cloud providers is Amazon Web Services (AWS). As with all digital solutions, you need people to work with, manage, and improve them, which is where AWS developers come into play.
Read on to learn what an AWS Developer does, the skills you need to become one, the salary you can expect to earn, and how you can get closer to your AWS professional goals by learning to code.
