Andrea Hassler
Andrea has a Master’s in Applied Statistics from NYU and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. She has worked with students individually as a tutor for many years. She has also contributed to research projects in the health sciences as a statistical consultant and research assistant.
Andrea has worked on data science and statistics courses throughout the catalog, including Principles of Data Literacy, Introduction to Big Data with Pyspark, Learn the Basics of Causal Inference with R, R for Programmers, and Case Studies with Python. She has also contributed to work on the Master Statistics with Python Skill Path and the Data Scientist: Inference Specialist Career Path.
