Curriculum Developer at Codecademy and Adjunct Professor at New York University, specializing in web development and creative coding.
Hi there! I’m a Curriculum Developer at Codecademy and an Adjunct Professor at New York University. As an educator, I specialize in teaching web development and creative coding.
I’m also a creative coder. My most recent works focus on building interactive experiences that combine live motion capture with dynamic visualizations.
Currently, I’m a Mentor at Google Summer of Code through the Processing Foundation, which develops open source tools like Processing and p5.js for creative coding. I have a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Visual Arts, and a master’s in Interactive Telecommunications, both from New York University.
In my downtime, I’m an avid knitter. I picked up knitting as a quarantine hobby and since then have built up an impressive collection of winter gear ranging from hats to socks! My end of the year goal is to make a sweater.
