Tic-Tac-Toe is a paper-and-pencil game for two players, X and O, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3x3 grid. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row wins the game.

Open-ended: This project is slightly different than the others you have encountered thus far. Instead of a step-by-step tutorial, this project contains a series of open-ended checkpoints. There are many possible ways to correctly fulfill all of these requirements, and you should expect to use the internet and other resources when you encounter a problem that you cannot easily solve.
