Meet your workshop instructor
Samantha Zerman is a Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in growth, personalization, and data products, most recently at Codecademy, where she owns growth and course discovery for millions of learners. Before Codecademy, she led product for TED.com , where she built personalization for TED.com and launched TED's first paid digital membership. She got her start at RPLogic, a startup incubator, building products in spaces as different as mobile gaming and pharmacy discounts. Today, Samantha ships her own AI workflows: custom Claude skills that generate PRDs and run her weekly business reporting, a self-maintaining knowledge base, and automations built across Claude Chat, Cowork, and Claude Code. The second brain and report skill taught in this workshop are the ones she uses every day.
