Your personal website is the most under-leveraged asset in your career. But most people never ship one — because the gap between "I want a site" and "I have a site" feels too wide. This workshop closes that gap in a single day.
In this 1-day workshop, you'll learn the exact AI-native build process top product and engineering leaders are using to ship real software fast: brand → content → requirements → code → review → deploy. You'll learn how to direct Claude to generate on-brand content, how to write a custom slash command that produces requirements and PRDs optimized for AI code agents, how to build and code-review a Next.js app with Cursor or Claude Code, and how to ship it on Vercel with analytics and search wired up. Whether you're a PM, designer, founder, or curious operator, you'll leave with a live website and a workflow you can apply to anything you build next.

Meet your workshop instructor
Britney Russ is a VP of Product & Engineering with 14+ years of experience turning strategy into products that ship, scale, and stick — most recently at Codecademy, where she leads platform and content strategy across product, engineering, design, and curriculum. She's spent her career at the intersection of product, technology, and learning, with prior leadership roles at PlanetArt and Evite, and brings a builder's mindset to everything from company strategy to weekend side projects.
Today, Britney is also an active AI builder, partnering with founders, mentoring at UCLA, and shipping personal projects with the same AI-native tools she'll teach in this workshop — Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, and Vercel. She founded http://PMA.LA 's mentorship program for underrepresented students breaking into product, and is a frequent speaker on AI, product strategy, and the future of how things get built.
Her own personal website — built with the exact workflow taught in this workshop — lives at britneyruss.com.
What I valued most was the focus on real-world system design and architecture. Our instructor went above and beyond, reinforcing fundamentals until they stuck and making complex concepts like LangChain approachable. The bootcamp gave me the structured, hands-on learning I needed to master skills that truly matter in the industry.

This was an amazing experience! The doubt-clearing sessions were especially helpful, allowing me to learn from my own questions and others'. I loved how each homework task pushed me to apply concepts in new ways, which really made the knowledge stick. I came out of the bootcamp confident and excited to keep building projects — it’s easily a 9.5/10!
